Overnight Oats๐Ÿจ

Overnight oats are a great way to have a prepped breakfast , especially if you’re on the go! You can add so many nutrient dense ingredients ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ

For this batch I mixed :

1 cup oats

1 TBSP black sesame 

1 TBSP chia seeds

2 TBSP goji berries

1 tsp cinnamon 

Then stir in :

1.5 cups coconut yoghurt 

1/2 cup apple juice

Put in sealed container overnight in fridge.

In the morning add grated apple & coconut flakes ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ
